At The Nomad Place, we're proud to be an authorized dealer for a wide range of trusted outdoor and overlanding brands. Each brand has its own warranty terms, and we follow those policies closely to ensure you receive the proper support when needed.

Most warranties cover manufacturing defects only and are subject to the specific terms set by the original manufacturer. Coverage details such as timeframes, types of defects, and how they're handled, can vary depending on the brand and product.

Please keep in mind that warranty decisions are made solely by the manufacturer (OEM). If they determine that your item has a valid defect, they’ll choose the best course of action, which might include repair, replacement, or a partial/full refund.

Warranties do not cover damage from:

    • Shipping incidents

    • Improper use or abuse

    • Accidents

    • Modifications

    • Incorrect installation

    • Overloading

    • Normal wear and tear

Examples of normal wear and tear may include: fabric fading or discoloration, surface tarnishing, punctures, rust, mildew, condensation buildup, and other signs of regular use. Taking care of your gear and performing routine maintenance is essential to keep it in top shape.

    • Your order number and purchase date

    • A copy of your proof of purchase

    • A detailed explanation of the issue

    • Clear photos of the defect
