Refund policy

At The Nomad Place, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

• Return Period: Returns must be requested via email and items must be shipped within 30 days of delivery.

• Return costs: The Nomad Place will deduct 15% of the product price for restocking fees. The customer will NOT be responsible for the associated shipping costs. The restocking fees will be waived if the item received was damaged or incorrect.

• Return Process: Returns must be initiated by email. Please send your request via email to support@thenomadplace.com with the order # and the name of the product to be returned.

• Condition & Type: Items must be unused and in original packaging, and not be final sale items.

• Return Address: The return address and label will be provided when the return is approved. We will cover the shipping costs.

• Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
