Shipping Method
We reserve the right to choose which freight way carries your order. Once shipments are picked up by the shipping company, we can't change shipping addresses or schedule the delivery date: dates can be estimated with the information the shipping company shares with us. Most carriers call a few days in advance to schedule the delivery and a few hours before arriving on the day of the delivery to ensure a smooth hand-over.
Larger items and orders are shipped via freight on a pallet. The order is left at the curb, meaning that you need to move it into your home or backyard. Inspect your shipment for any damage or missing items, and note any issue in the document provided by the delivery driver.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order in our website; order tracking tool. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect;
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, occasional delays due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. If you experience a delay, please contact us at support@thenomadplace.com for assistance.
Incorrect Address; Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, we will contact you for the correct details. Reshipping / Restocking fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Nomad Place is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier or email us at support@thenomadplace.com and we will assist in resolving the issue.
