This pack includes the MotoTote SafeLoop Ratcheting and the MotoTote TireStrap Cam Buckle Tie Downs. Hooks to the carrier with vinyl-coated S hooks, to the handlebars with soft loops and over the rear tire with a locking cam buckle strap.
